Celebrating its 29th year, West Bend, Germanfest is a fun tradition that takes place in the heart of the small city, right in it’s downtown. This festival features live music all three days and with very few breaks in the action. While some groups will appear more than once, the music is scheduled every hour, on the hour. Performers include: Jerry Schneider, The Downtowners, The Good Time Dutchman, Richie Yurkovich & Polkarioty, Carol & The Keynotes, Wendinger Band, Polka Family Band, Rebel Grace, River City Blaskapelle, Pommersche Tanzdeel Friestadt-A Folk Dance Group.
German food is also featured including all of the traditional favorites, along with more American options. Beverages are excellent as Miller Brewing and Sprecher Brewery are the featured beer providers for the festival and each have a wide variety. Non-alcoholic beverages by Sprecher will include the famous Sprecher Root Beer.
