A Great Meal at the Wallace Lake Supper Club in West Bend

A speakeasy vibe, like those you'll find at Wallace Lake Supper club and other Wisconsin Supper Clubs

There are plenty of great places to wine and dine with your sweetheart during your couples getaway at our Wisconsin Bed and Breakfast, but we have a soft spot for Wisconsin Supper Clubs like the Wallace Lake Supper Club. Supper Clubs are a unique throwback to a different era and a nod to prohibition-era culture when speakeasies were popular gathering places. Over the years, Wisconsin Supper Clubs have become institutionalized in our state’s culture and today offer a fun escape from the hum-drum world of chain restaurants.

Like other Wisconsin Supper Clubs, dining at the Wallace Lake Supper Club, which is located right here in West Bend and just minutes from our Wisconsin Bed and Breakfast, is a time-honored tradition. The Wallace Lake Supper Club isn’t the only one near us, either. There are four more great Wisconsin Supper Clubs within an easy drive of our Wisconsin Bed and Breakfast!

Our Wisconsin Bed and Breakfast is a rustic, rural, and exceedingly romantic retreat near West Bend. Most of our guests don’t do much other than enjoy each other’s company during their getaways, but there are plenty of things to do nearby – including, of course, dining at the Wallace Lake Supper Club.

Enjoy a Great Meal at the Wallace Lake Supper Club

Wisconsin Supper Clubs are best known for their traditional Friday night fish fry, great beer, prime rib, roast chicken, and classic cocktails like the Brandy Old Fashioned. It’s no different at the Wallace Lake Supper Club! As you step through the Wallace Lake Supper Club entrance, you’ll immediately feel as though you’ve entered the Northwoods, thanks to the knotty pine interior.

Despite the rustic and casual ambiance, you can expect the same traditional upscale dining experience you’ll find at most Wisconsin Supper Clubs. There’s plenty of charm in this venue, and the menu at Wallace Lake Supper Club will delight just about everyone. It includes all your Supper Club favorites, like fried perch, lobster, steak, and prime rib, in addition to other fun menu additions like burgers, ribs, pasta, and more.

Accompanying this expansive menu of favorites is a large salad bar – in our opinion, one of the best reasons to visit a Supper Club like this – along with great sides, cocktails, and more. They also have a charming cocktail bar that is perfect for casual drinks and light snacks, and it overlooks the lake for a romantic setting.
